You will receive a tentative deadline when you place your order. As an customer-centric organization, we try our level best to deliver the best quality work possible. In some cases, that might mean that you’ll get your edited document in a couple of days or more. If you have an urgent requirement, it is advised that you let us know your deadline when placing the order, or you may get in touch with your Project Manager by calling our toll free number.

Every delivery we submit includes two files. One version is the final content. And another version with Track Changes On. Track Changes will show you all of the edits in red, blue, or green highlights. If you prefer, you may remove a change or revert certain sections to the original in either version of the file.

Short documents are mostly edited and delivered in one go. On the other hand, longer documents and books are sent in different batches to ensure that you’re happy with the editor that’s been assigned your project. Once you’ve provided your approval on a longer document, you may choose to receive only the final draft. However, we strongly advise that you check progress regularly to make the process more efficient and effective.

If you're unsatisfied with your project, you can ask for a refund. However, that's an unlikely scenario as we take your approval every step of the way.
